I’m a customer engagement and loyalty passionate with almost 15 years of experience in the retail industry. During this time, I created an iconic customer club & a genuinely member-centric customer experience to build a personal, rewarding, and long-lasting relationship with every customer. I have broad experience in building CRM & Loyalty capabilities in the Country and Global Marketing teams. I also shifted the organisation mindset in the Global structures, co-leading the integrated marketing framework and moving brands from silos to integrated marketing planning and execution.
I love to solve customer problems. Dig deeper for the insights and co-create with designers and engineers for best market-fit products that customers will love — prototyping and improving the experience and results day by day. I love to work with people as a coach and learning process facilitator. I spent a lot of my professional life with markets, helping them improve their performance, products, communication, and processes.
Customer engagement and loyalty are my passions, which I proved with commercial results. But the most rewarding always was the customer NPS scores, where they claimed in free texts that we know them, our communication gives them a lot of relevant ideas and helps them progress toward a better life. The Marketing community also recognised my skills. I have been rewarded by the industry several times, with the two most meaningful to me: Golden Effie in Marketing & Business Solutions category and Golden Arrow Grand Prix for the Best Customer Club B2C.
I have broad experience working as a marketing consultant, helping other brands establish their customer engagement & loyalty agendas. Author of training and workshops materials from the Loyalty & Integrated Engagement field, cooperate with various organisations like Marketing Communication Association SAR as a tutor. Member of the Program Council for Golden Arrow awards, organised by the Polish Marketing Association.
I am a digital marketing, content, and loyalty expert with 10+ years of experience in international companies faced by strong brands. Currently, I lead four countries’ regional Loyalty and Engagement team.
I have a strong affinity for effectiveness, a.k.a. „show me the money,” though I understand we need creativity for that, too. I firmly believe in behavioral economics and that the day without new knowledge is a day lost. I speak five languages, and I look forward to learning sixth.
I am an illustrator and trainer of Visual Thinking. For seventeen years, I have been moving in the world of retail, and for five years, combining business issues with graphics and drawings based on metaphors. I run my own company, FABRYKA MYŚLI RYSOWANYCH. My goal is to create a graphic design that will allow recipients to understand complex content and remember it for longer. It is also a sales and educational tool that can attract the attention of customers or team members like a magnet.
I create for many areas. These are, for example, graphics for social media, infographics for company materials, information posters, training materials, illustrations for books. I work for various marketing, sales, development, education, and professional literature groups, conducting training and teaching simple business drawing. My motto is: „Have fun with what you do.”
I am a web designer and founder of #onlyMy. I love to visualize my Clients’ ideas. It makes me proud and happy when I see that my work boosts their business. I am convinced that a well designed and updated website matters in the world that is constantly online. Therefore my task is to advise, to suggest and finally to create the suitable Internet solution.
My business philosophy is to put myself in my Clients’ shoes as much as possible in order to be able to propose the solution that they deem their own. I believe that only the website which my Client fully accepts and likes may ultimately meet the expectations.
